1Attendee mailing lists are provided by the WICPA for marketing purposes with the condition that they are for a single, one-time use and cannot be sold or distributed. The WICPA does not authorize contacting attendees by any other means without their consent.
2Exhibit booth staff passes exclude entry to conference sessions. Passes only include lunches and breaks. If applicable, exhibit booth representatives who wish to attend conference sessions may use the conference registrations that are included in the sponsorship package. Additional exhibit booth representative passes are only available to Gold Sponsors and may be purchased for an additional $50 per pass.
3The opportunity to address conference attendees is not guaranteed and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. The WICPA will determine the availability and times of these opportunities.
