Topic 2 will help the IRS identify barriers for timely and accurate tax return filing. SBSE Research Topic 2 is 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
Topic 3 will discuss ways to improve IRS collection customer experience and payment options. SBSE Research Topic 3 is 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 20.
