PPP resumes Monday

President Donald Trump signed into law Friday, April 24, the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Health Care Enhancement Act, which provides additional funding for American workers and small businesses affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) will resume accepting PPP loan applications on Monday, April 27 at 9:30 a.m. CST from approved lenders on behalf of any eligible borrower.

The additional PPP funds appropriated by Congress will help tens of millions of additional workers benefit from the coronavirus relief, SBA Administrator Jovita Carranza and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin announced in a joint statement.
