The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed April 10 to extend the deadline for income tax returns and estimated tax payments to July 15.
The DOR announcement came a day after the IRS granted additional, broad tax filing and payment deadline relief in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The DOR submitted the proposed guidance document to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Administrative Register for public comment.
