The Assurance Research Advisory Group (ARAG) is a group of practitioners and academics formed in collaboration with the American Accounting Association. The ARAG provides funding and access to personnel in supporting research projects which address private company assurance topics of interest to practitioners.
Approved research teams are eligible for access to firm personnel, peer reviewers and up to $10,000 in funding provided by the ARAG. The research will provide the profession with valuable insights into the factors that affect the quality of assurance services.
The ARAG is currently accepting submissions. Accounting educators should review the call for interest and submit a one-page summary of their research plan by July 12. Grants will be announced on or before Sept. 15. Find more details here.
