Microsoft has informed the public of a data breach that allowed a hacker to access Microsoft Outlook emails, folder names, subject lines and email addresses.
The hacker stole login credentials from a Microsoft customer support agent and gained access to Outlook, MSN and Hotmail email accounts from Jan. 1 to March 28.
According to Microsoft, a limited number of accounts were compromised. They recommend that users change their passwords.
