The IRS recently expanded the tax pro account, which now includes the ability to view individual and business taxpayer payments, and made other digital improvements, the agency said, as part of the quarterly update to its strategic operating plan.
Upgrades to the tax pro account include a virtual assistant, and the ability to view and act on behalf of individual taxpayers to set up and revise payment plans.
