The AICPA has expanded its apprenticeship offerings with the launch of a new program aimed at empowering organizations to recruit fresh talent and upskill current employees in entry-level roles.
The Registered Apprenticeship for Accounting and Finance Associate responds to market feedback, helping firms attract entry-level candidates and enhance the skills of existing employees, enabling them to add greater value and advance their careers.
This innovative apprenticeship offers an "earn and learn" experience, built on the foundation of the CGMA Finance Leadership Program. It is open to candidates aged 16 and older who hold a high school diploma and are interested in roles such as accounting clerk, accounts payable specialist and payroll specialist. Read more.
