Over nine in 10 people said friendships at work impact their willingness to stay at a company, according to new research.

The new research found that fully remote workers now reported having 33% fewer friends at work, which may adversely impact workplaces on a greater level.

The study found that 95% of respondents felt happier having a friend at work, and 92% said their friendships at work impacted their willingness to stay at a company. See more highlights.
