? Annual nondiscrimination testing services for sponsors of self-insured health plans, cafeteria, dependent care, and group-term life insurance.

? Form 1094/1095-B/C preparation and consulting services. We customize our services to offer everything from classifying full-time and part-time employees, determining the members of the controlled group, where applicable, preparing and coding the Form 1095s, transmission and e-filing the forms to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and mailing statements to participants.

? Consulting related to IRS employer shared responsibility payment assessments under the Affordable Care Act. To date, we have abated over $15 million in IRS assessments for our clients. As CPAs, we can be appointed as your power of attorney and represent you with the IRS.

? Form 720 preparation for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute fee for self-insured health plans and health reimbursement arrangements.

? Form 5500 – Annual Return/Report of Employee Benefit Plan for welfare benefit plans. We also offer services to prepare welfare wrap plan documents and consolidate Form 5500 filings into one filing. We assist clients who have delinquent welfare benefit plan filings and penalty exposure under the Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program (failure to file Form 5500 is $2,400 per day!).

? Consulting for health savings accounts (HSAs), qualified retirement plans, and individual retirement accounts (IRAs) to assist clients with building their personal wealth.
